My stay for a conference at Javis was very convenient. It was an easy walk from the hotel to Javis. It was also very well located for exploring the city (walkable to Times Square, 5th Avenue, Ferry, etc). It was quiet away from the heart of Times Square and other busy areas of the city which was a nice relief after the long days of exploring the city. The only cons were that I discovered my hotel window was propped open an inch which was causing all the sirens and loud noises at night to be heard (figured it out the 3rd day unfortunately). With all the great food in NYC, the hotel food was only okay. A couple days of my stay, one of the elevators was down so only having one elevator made things a little slower.
