"Will Never Book Here Again!"

The front desk clerk went out of her way to be rude! Said she had no available rooms after I had reserved the room two days before my arrival. She wouldn't even check my reservation number. Just said "No, I don't have a room for you. That room is not paid for." I asked for her name, she wouldn't give it to me. I asked for a corporate number, she said "I don't have a number" and gave me this look of she wanted to physically harm me just for asking her to do her due diligence to look at my reservation, or simply explain the situation. I got in my car and looked up the number myself. The representative who answered called the location and apparently got the same rude woman because he apologized when he got back on the line and said the location was overbooked. I strongly believe that she sold the room under me because of her "that rooms not paid for" statement. If this is the level of customer service that your company finds acceptable, then you will never have me attempt to stay here again. Also, I will warn everyone I know to stay clear of your company. Extremely unprofessional, Extremely rude, Unnecessary Aggression from an employee. 10 out of 10!
