I've stayed in their regular rooms several times before, but for my most recent stay I upgraded to a suite and I probably won't ever get a “normal” room again. I loved everything about it! I'm a huge fan of their complimentary breakfast that offers something for everyone, their evening soup and their exceptional customer service. Hands down, this is my favorite hotel in Rochester. It's also walkable to Mayo Clinic. I highly recommend Hyatt House!

The staff are very welcoming. They actually talk to people like they are people and meet you where you are. Also, very clean. I stay regularly at this hotel and it's always friendly and clean.

For a roll in shower and Accessible Room there is barely enough room to get wheel chair backed into the Bathroom let alone turn to use sink or Shower. Does not have required turning radius in Bathroom or Bed room. Staff was friendly.
