Very comfortable beds easy step in shower the staff is very friendly and professional. I wish there was a shuttle to and from nearby shopping centers.

We enjoyed our stay for the night. The hotel is conveniently located off of 275 and a lot of restaurants close by. We were able to bring our dog as well.
We had an amazing stay at Tru by Hilton in South Mandarin, Jacksonville. While we were in town for a funeral, we experienced a very tragic event on our way in and I arrived overwhelmed and honestly a complete mess. Jeremiah at the front desk was truly exceptional. His kindness and compassion went far beyond anything I've experienced at a hotel. He offered genuine words of support that didn't feel scripted, asked if I needed a hug. and gave me one! That level of care meant more than I can put into words. He is a shining example of outstanding customer service and just a wonderful human being. The hotel itself was spotless and had such a fresh, clean citrus scent that made it feel even more welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and even being off the interstate, quiet. The breakfast was great. The breakfast attendant was also incredibly kind and helpful, which made our mornings just a little easier during a difficult time. Thank you to the entire team for making a hard trip more bearable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
