Food was excellent and the beach of course!
Carpintería is a quaint beach town. The people are considerate and the surf is gentle. There is a great used book store next to the library. The town history is interesting.

Excellent beach and good restaurants. Close by is Rincon Brewery, it serves good food (not only beer!) in huge portions and a wide selection of very good draft beer. Recommend the very good Thai restaurant on Linden Ave.

I like the city. I basically just needed a staycation for a few days and this was a good spot for that.
