We loved the location at the Highland and the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The remodel is an improvement; however, the black doors need another coat of paint, the shower caddy doesn't hold their hotel shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and I wouldn't want to spend several nights on the mattress. The room was nicely decorated, clean and functional. There was a step down from the entry of the room to the bedroom. The lockbox didn't work. The spa looks great! I would stay at this hotel again and next time I'm going to the spa!
