Priscilla met us with a big smile and positive attitude. She assisted our check in and we talked about to restaurants eat and she referring us to the River Walk! She also asked about our time in SA when we checked out. Very clean and comfortable rooms! Definitely a repeat on a return trip!

Over all, it was better than average. Howeve, the shower curtain was very short and once the shower ess on water was pooling on the floor. The floor mat became saturated and I had to use a bathtowel to wipe up the water. I then had to wring out both the floor mat and barhtowel. Not what I wanted to do before bed. Also it created a safety hazard. Secondly, the door to the room was jamming and would not unlock, we could not get out. We had to push the door to realign to unlock the deadbolt. I liked that the hotel and the room smelled clean. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.
