Hotel room was clean.i had to share one hotel room key during my stay because they stated they didn't have enough. I called for a towel they also didn't have towels. There was a fire during my stay and alarms were going off which I heard in hallway but my family was unaware of fire while I the rooms.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location: Just steps from the metro and surrounded by terrific restaurants. Everything was very clean and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also liked that there was security in the elevator so people can't go on to the room floors without a key. My only displeasure was that the Keurig machine in the room had such a bad odor coming from the water reservoir that I didn't feel safe putting water in there to drink coffee. But since Starbucks is right across the street – we just went across the street to get coffee. So the convenience is fantastic as far as the hotel location If you don't care about coffee in the room, then definitely stay here.
