We love the people at the front desk they are very kind and always helpful. The breakfast is amazing I was pleasantly surprised how much they actually offered as a hot breakfast.

The night I came in I called to let the night shift clerk know I would be very late. She was not able to provide the accessible room I wanted but went to extra steps to ensure the room met my needs. As always Karen helped me with several issues and made me feel so welcome.

After checking Naan, what Anne unfriendly, unhelpful desk clerk. Went to the room kicked my shoes off and the carpet. Was extremely wet. Probably from shampooing. But all I could think was dirty water. That was not vacuumed out of the carpet. Very unhappy. Set the mood for the rest of the stay.

Smelled like smoke. Person at desk was smoking out front and sounded like she had a cold. Room was sufficient. Building looked like it was built by amateurs.

Karen was terrific on both nights and helped me with everything I wanted to know! My only two complaints are very minor, including the the single ply toilet paper, which I could easily pull twice what I needed and fold it back over itself and the fact that the the draperies do not close completely, so the lights outside could not be shut out of the room after bedtime. I know this is because the draperies would block the heating and air conditioning unit, but that's just a great reason reason to add a blind that could be pulled down from above for one's privacy. I showered at night when I arrived and it was very disconcerting to think that people outside could be viewing my nakedness as I stepped out of the bathroom to get to my clothing in the main room, so I made sure to set out my clothing beforehand and turn the lights off in the main room before stpping into the bathroom. A little bit awkward and I handled it well enough, but that's but that's all the more reason to add a blind that could be pulled down from above for your customer's privacy.

We booked at 2am and were thrilled to get the room at that hour. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast. Needed a ride to the airport in the morning and the front desk gave us a voucher to cover the cab fare. Very short stay, but favorable impressed.

Good place to rest your head. My 7 yr. old loved the pool and hot tub. We had a great stay, the staff was friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
