A wonderful place to stay. The staff is very accommodating and very knowledgeable of the area. The room service is superb and check in is speedy and efficient. The rooms are very clean and well stocked. We'd stay here again in the future.

I would like to start by saying that AL the bartender was amazing! he was friendly, attentive, but not intrusive. he makes an amazing raspberry lemon drop! He is professional and an asset to the company. Kudos to you AL! Now, as far as the front desk goes. the staff needs to aknowledge a person when they are standing there{even if theyre helping someone else} It was very cold and uninviting to stand there and not be noticed! The BIG thing is that not everyone knows how to use their room card in the elevator!! The front desk saying nothing about it. It took me several times of going up to figure it out. I cant tell you how many people/patrons/guests, I explained it to. not to mention the diversity of languages that are spoken there. It would have been nice to be givin verbal instructions. Other than that, the room was lovely and cleaned beautifully three times. Kudos to that staff! I hope you take this information and use it to your benefit. Sincerely, Lynn M. Weiss and Kelsey P.
