When I attempted to check in on Friday evening, August 9, the clerk at the front desk was adamant that I did not have reservations. Not only had I made those reservations, but I paid in advance and had proof in front of me on my phone. He would've been comfortable sending me away. Thankfully, the manager overheard that there was a problem and stepped in and immediately verified that I had reservations and gave me a very nice room. I don't have the clerks name, but I think perhaps he should undergo additional customer service training. Again, the manager remedied what was a very upsetting situation.
