Located in Viera, in the heart of beautiful Brevard County, the La Quinta Inn & Suites Melbourne Viera is just minutes from the beaches and across the freeway from Brevard Zoo. Space Coast Stadium & the Avenue Mall are within two miles from our facility. The Melbourne Square Mall, and such attractions as the Brevard Museum of Art & Science are also nearby. Patrick Air Force Base is 8 miles away. We are 12 miles north of downtown Melbourne, just six miles from Eastern Florida State College and not far from Florida Institute of Technology and Health First Viera Hospital. Enjoy restaurants just a short walk away, or stay here for a delicious Free Bright Side Breakfast in the lobby. When you are ready to relax, take a plunge in our refreshing heated outdoor pool. Each of our spacious guest rooms include free high-speed Internet access. We have a fax/copy service at the front desk, and you will find all office store services nearby. We have bus parking available and a guest laundry facility, so book as many rooms as you like and stay as long as you want. We are also pet friendly, with no fee.
