The place was clean. The front desk clerk was very nice.

Had to wait over 10 minutes for the attendant to come to the desk. The roof exhausters are extremely noisy and bearings need replacing. The carpet in the rooms are stained. Gum hasn't been removed from the carpet either. No bath towels in the room. Towel rack in the bathroom is bent up. Actually, a Motel 6 would be better than this one. The attendant had to change my room due to the noisy exhauster. The second room wasn't much better. No, I definitely would not recommend this hotel. I do need to find another hotel to put my employees up for one to two nights while we do work in this area.

The positive we were able to check in early, which was very helpful. We simply got our key and left without checking the room, as we were running late but didn't want midnight check in. The negative the toilet had a small amount of what appeared to be menstrual blood on the rim of the toilet and on the seat. It was about midnight when we got to the room for the first time so did not ask for housekeeping. The bed was hard and very loud. Every turn and every move made noise that I'm sure our neighbors could hear. I can't imagine spending one more night, much less ?extended stay? at this hotel ever again.

We did not have high expectations to begin with, so didn't think we would be disappointed. Upon arriving and checking in I wanted to confirm that the room had a bathtub. The young girl at the desk didn't know if any of the rooms had tubs. Fortunately, the room did have a tub. First night found stains on the bottom sheet. After close scrutiny we decided that it was a clean sheet with a stain that would not come out with washing, so let it slide. The next night, after a long day, arrived to the room to find out that it had not been made up; sheets not changed and no clean towels. My husband called the front desk and was told that the rooms were not cleaned every day. Would have been nice to know that when we made the reservations. We left a day early. Will never stay at an Extended Stay again!

Breakfast should offer more than just coffee and small packaged muffins. There was no cream for the coffee. No printer nor access to computer and printer. Refrigerator and stove a plus.

I stayed there one nite, instead of driving home after a St. Paddy's party.. I mean I'd rather stay anywhere else than in side a jail cell. It just happened to be I stayed at a "Extended Stay America" hotel which to my surprise, was basically as good as it gets. The main points of interest is, "how comfortable and clean it was"! If anyone ever asks me if I know of a hotel out in the Mission Viejo area, I will definitely be telling them to stay at the "Stay America" hotel! Thanks for the nite, I had a wonderful nite sleep!

Lied about breakfast only nutraingrain bars and packaged oat mail no cereal, milk, fruit, etc. absolute worst ever. The room exposed wires on ceiling where light or fan missing, broken recliner. Never will come back.
