We've stayed multiple times at the English Inn and we like it very much. It's got a larger than average indoor pool and it's close to a lot of things in Charlottesville. And for many people the best part is that it is next door to BODOS bagels. Having said that their included breakfast is excellent.

From check in until we left, everything was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Lots of breakfast options and plenty of seating. Cookies and hot tea in the beautiful lobby when we checked in we're a nice touch.

Have stayed here several times. Easy checking in often early. Very clean rooms, nicely decorated. Added services if cookies and tea or coffee at 4pm. Morning breakfast was delicious. So much to choose from. Great location with easy access to the hospital and medical offices.

The English Inn of Charlottesville offers rooms with two Queen sized beds or a single King bed, with the King available as a standard room or a suite. All Smoke -Free Property. Our hotel rooms with handicapped/ ADA facilities are available with 2 Queen beds, and or King Suites are available. In addition we offer one and two bedroom suites with Kitchen and dining areas. All hotel rooms are furnished with electronic entry locks, cable television with HBO, telephone with voice mail, high speed / WiFi internet, coffeemakers, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
