Now in its fourth naming convention since its 1995 opening on the former site of the Gator Bowl Stadium, EverBank Field's designated parking areas are fan-friendly, tailgating nirvana on game days. Rebuilt in succession to the 1928 Fairfield Stadium, the new Jacksonville Municipal Stadium and Alltel Stadium, respectively, ushered in spectacular sporting events in what is now a world record-setting venue boasting the world's largest HD LED end zone scoreboards stretching 362 feet long.
Everbank Field's platform area in the north end zone is another world record for a stadium. Interactive activities, interesting beverage and food choices, two wading pools, and 55,00 square feet of HD video screens make for an unforgettable game-day experience overlooking the gridded grass playing field with a view. Up to 77,000 NFL seats and 84,000 for other games and events are available. Imagine watching the NFL's 30th football franchise win its next victory either from the super suite, one of its 88 luxury suites or one of its 11,200 club seats.
Fans and new visitors to Everbank Field will appreciate the many parking options, shuttle services and security measures in place to make their stay as carefree as possible. There are six ATMs, and all concession and merchandise locations in the stadium accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. This access-friendly stadium has ample restroom facilities, three sets of elevators, wheelchair recharging stations and more for guests.
All gates open at least two hours prior to kick-off, but Gates 1 and 4 in the South End Zone open three hours before game time so fans can access the Fan Entertainment Zone. Located in the stadium's North End Zone between Gates 2 and 3, the Game Day Ticket Office is open from three hours before kick-off through the first quarter. Visit the Jaguars' Game Day FAQ page for more information. Sunglasses are optional, but newcomers to Florida may want to wear sunscreen year-round. This stadium is a must for every sports fan's bucket list. While here, the City of Jacksonville, local fans, the team, stadium staff and vendors proudly make everyone feel welcome at EverBank Field.
