Safe
While we only drove through downtown Martinsburg, it was clearly a beautiful setting. The Boydsville Inn was a fabulous venue for the wedding we attended.
It was close to the highway and plenty of choices to eat.
Hotel is close to lots of historical sites and great restaurants.
Martinsburg is a wonderful town with friendly people and good drivers. Being from New York, I give them a 10!

Very nice and well maintained older town. We took a day trip to Harpers Ferry and loved it! When we left, we went to Winchester, VA. A beautiful area.!
