I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk when I checked in. When I got to the room, the light switch did not turn on any light, do I had to grope around tryin to find a light switch that worked. The TV or ? Remote did not work at all. I prefer a bath over a shower, but there was no way to keep eater in the tub. T he paint on the bottom of the tub was peeling off in little chips. The bottom of the bathroom door was black, cracked and peeling. It looked like mold. The bed was hard. But at least the room was warm.

Property Description

Here at Quality Inn & Suites you will find an amazing staff fully geared towards your comfort and satisfaction. We love when people smile and tell us of their great stay.Our hotel is in a unique location that is just outside Downtown Omaha. This allows us to be a calm quite hotel but less than 5 minutes away from all of the action and culture of the city. We have a complimentary hot buffet style breakfast every morning featuring scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, waffles, etc. We have an indoor heated pool with a maximum depth of 9'. High speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and digital television with premium stations. All rooms have wall mounted LCD televisions, microwave, and refrigerators. So if you are looking for a place to stay that will make you feel at home, a place that provides quite accommodations, a place that will take you where the fun is at then choose to stay with us here at the Quality Inn & Suites.

We do recycle, and we use energy efficient appliances and lighting.We are a bronze green member on TripAdvisor.
