First of all, when I made reservations, I requested a first floor room since they have no elevator. We get to check in and they have us on second floor and nothing open on the first floor. My husband has nerve damage to his feet so it's hard for him to get around and especially climb stairs! We couldn't cancel at last minute so we were stuck staying there! They have very few plugins and had to have our electronics on floor plugged in. In this day and age, should have plugins! I requested towels and a few things since we did not have housekeeping and the never brought them. Also, fridge didn't work!
