Pennypacker Mills is a Colonial Revival mansion on 170 acres in Perkiomen Township on Perkiomen Creek. It's about 35 miles outside of Philadelphia and a short 10-minute drive from Collegeville. The home of early 20th-century Pennsylvania Governor Samuel W. Pennypacker features his collections of historically significant antiques and artifacts. He had an interest in German and Dutch Settlers, early Pennsylvania, the Civil and Revolutionary Wars, and Native Americans. The collection also includes Pennypacker's genealogical papers documenting his ancestry and his career in the military.
