My husband was having back surgery. I have to say from the first employee I spoke with, Alicia at the front desk/reservations she was so accommodating, pleasant and cheerful. It's hard to deal with a family sickness, surgery and recuperation and the Marriott Bonvoy on Mayo campus was superb. We enjoyed dinner two nights and the cocktail menu was terrific. I ended up having to add days to our reservation and Alicia made it happen. Talk about a support system in a difficult situation. Our housekeeping employee made our stay wonderful too! Thanks to all the employees with whom I came in contact. I appreciate your help, professionalism, care and expertise!

Reserved a two Queen Suite. Ended up in a small bed room with one bed and sofa. Very small room. Food expensive and nominal. Stayed there because of convenience of Mayo Clinic but I will not stay there any more. Very expensive for the room we had.
