"Great Location in Historic District"

The Best Western Historic District is located about 300 feet from River Street. This is great considering that you can go back and forth from River Street as often as you wish. We enjoyed the fact that you are allowed to carry alcoholic beverages in a cup openly throughout the city. We would go back to the hotel and grab a refill, opposed to overpaying along River Street. We sat by the water, listening to live music, etc. The hotel itself had a good breakfast each day and parking on the grounds, $30 per day. We stayed for four days and did not have any issues. Hotel desk staff was great. Both desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly.

Every guest room high touch point will be cleaned with chemicals aimed at killing the COVID-19 virus – door handles, light switches, thermostats, desk areas, hangers, television remotes, alarm clocks, coffee makers, telephones and all bathroom fixture handles and touch points.
