After a very long, very trying day, Anan on the front desk could not have been more kind or more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant's fish and chips were excellent and came hot to the table. The shuttle to and from was timely and the drivers both helped with the luggage.

I have never had any issues with this hotel. The staff is all courteous and professional. The valet staff is included in this review as well. The food is good and the free buffet breakfast is nice.
