Worst hotel stay ever. Rooms and hotel are dirty. Breakfast is out of food. Coffee machine did not work. Hotel is understaffed. Manager is unwilling to assist. Hotel is charging top dollar for unacceptable conditions. Only stayed one evening and the y refused to check us out and charged us for two days. Do not stay at this hotel!

Comfort Suites Indianapolis Airport. Hotel was warded the Certificate of Excellence and the Hall of Fame 5 straight years.. All of our hotels provide extra services and value to our guests. Indoor pool- Sauna. The spacious Guest Suites are tastefully designed and feature, all rooms are suites, with either one king bed or two queen beds and all have a separate sofa sleeper. The amenities in the rooms include a microwave, refrigerator, internet access, coffee makers, hair dryers and 37 inch flat screen TV's. Complimentary hot deluxe breakfast, including self severed waffles daily, includes a wide array of delicious items to start the day off right. The hotel has a private Business Center. Guest Laundry - On Site A shuttle from 4:30 am 12:00 midnight. Free parking, A meeting room that can host up to 45 people. Rate for meeting room is separated from room rate. Close to down down - 2.4 mile to airport. Free Wireless high speed Internet. Every morning our guests enjoy a Complimentary Deluxe Continental Breakfast; that include a wide array of delicious items to start the day off right. Need to get some work done? The hotel has a Business Center with computer high speed internet access, free fax and copier to assist in your office needs as well as a Meeting Room. Want a great work out? The Comfort Suites features a Fitness Center with state of the art equipment. Relax and unwind in the heated Indoor Pool and Hot Tub or Sauna. We are a 100 % Smoke Free Hotel.
