Kristi G from front desk started off with such personalization and helpfulness that went above and beyond when the 3rd party people tried to be weird (will never do that again Hilton Honors from now on). Then throughout our stay she greeted and kept our stay so enjoyable she was amazing. The housekeeping staff was great, they kept not only the room but the whole convention clean during the whole time. They always smiled it was great. The food was exception for breakfast and dinner. The pool was good, wished it was a little warmer. We will stay at this establishment again in the future. The staff and amenities made our stay so very enjoyable and we have already recommended it to so many others. Please give give Kristi G all the Kudos though she really turned our situation around.

I am Reaching out in regards to the reservations and which I was not there and did not stay at and try to cancel and was told I could not cancel them due to me not arriving I was not refunded my money and which I tried to cancel my hotel stay and was denied cancellation because the booking was done through a third party agency. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $224.30 from your company and which I feel should be grounded due to the fact that I have had a death in my family and was not able to stay at the at the Hotel. Property Description

Renovated in 2010, the hotel's guests enjoy complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast served in our 8-story atrium each morning. A complimentary Evening Reception is served each evening (5:30-7:30pm) with guests' favorite beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and light snacks. All rooms are two-room suites with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and living area complete with a sofabed. Meeting space was remodeled in 2010 and features more than 17,000 square feet of flexible space perfect for any event.
