Great, friendly and efficient customer service at reception and restaurant. Clean and updated rooms and common areas. Lots of light and spacious room and bathroom. Quiet surroundings.
It's a nice, clean, safe place. Good location.
The staff at the front desk was professional and the check in was effortless. The fitness facility was small but had necessary equipment. I needed a treadmill and although there were 2, one was out of order and the other was being used. So I used the bicycle. The pool area was fine although, for me, the hot tub could have been hotter ( it was lukewarm). It's a very large building so you definitely have to walk around corners to locate things. The restaurant food was very good.
What a difference a great cookie makes. Staff very helpful regarding all services.
