"Very Disappointing"

The high part was check in. The ladies were very nice. The room is tiny and not well appointed. Uncomfortable. There was NO don't disturb sign hung but I got no service on Tuesday. Never saw housekeeping on floor. Coffee shop limited hours and food is below average. I returned here after not staying for years since it is now Hilton. Hilton should remove the brand. An embarrassment.
