Excellent customer service from the hotel staff; special shout out to Ronnie who was very proactive in ensuring I had a comfortable stay and making recommendations to things in the area; the gym partnership with Studio4Fitness was great.
The Rialto was conveniently located in Victoria. The room was perfect for my dog and me. Parking nearby was great.
We love the Rialto, room was comfy and staff wonderful. Ate in their restaurant which was yummy.
