The FAIRMONT has a gracious staff, a wonderful spa and fabulous restaurant in a great location. It's within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The workout rooms were well appointed. The spa massage and facial were amazing.
I found the staff very helpful, polite and professional. Hotel staff was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay.
Very nice rooms. Ours had a river view from the 21st floor. We had a Kuerig so especially happy about that! Service was great too.
