This is our second time staying here while visiting family in Surprise. The front desk staff always friendly and helpful, the breakfast ladies are the sweetest ladies and serve a great FREE breakfast! Room is comfortable and spacious. Cleaning crew great, making sure we have clean fresh towels and the bed made. Love it here!

The rooms were very clean and the bedding very comfortable. Love the 24 hour coffee and Tea service. Didn't get a chance to use the pool which looked very clean. They had a small gym but it worked for me. Can't rate the free breakfast as I did not partake. Overall a very clean and efficient Hotel. I would stay there again.
We come to Surprise to watch the Royals' Spring Training and just love staying with you. The entire staff is so helpful, professional and very pleasant. Our room, clean and comfortable. We like that housekeeping comes every day for clean towels and our trash. Those are small things, but I truly appreciate them. Breakfast is always a variety and delicious. My husband especially loves the 24 hour coffee! We are already planning our visit next year! Thank you!
