"Great service from people who care"

It's surprising to get great service from people who care in a hotel chain in a large city but that's what consistently happens when we stay at Four Points Sheraton in Revere Mass. We live in Maine and use the hotel for a jump off point prior to flying out of Logan. Park the car there. Van shuttle is great. Rooms clean. Staff cares.
