Pod 39 — Review Pod 39 is a great choice if you want a clean, well run hotel in an excellent Midtown location at a very reasonable price. The rooms are compact but thoughtfully designed and spotless, making efficient use of space without feeling uncomfortable. The location is hard to beat—steps from Grand Central and close to multiple subway lines, restaurants and sights. The staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient, which makes check in and check out quick and stress free. Overall, Pod 39 delivers exactly what it promises: good value, a smart setup and a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.
