I love the room in which I stayed in. Parking was sufficient and the staff were very helpful.
Our RV broke down so we had to spend two nights in Gilbert. Found the Holiday Inn and couldn't have been more pleased. The service was outstanding; everyone was extremely helpful and the facilities were super clean. If I'm ever back in this area I will for sure stay here!

I'm not going to lie it's been a rough time in my life so the kindness and compassion shown by the crew here really gave me comfort and provided a nice sense of shelter in a time of grief. The hotel is clean and grounds are beautiful and hotel well cared for. They accommodated my needs without a question. Need an extra duvet? No problem. Locked your keys in your car? No worries, we'll send someone to help. Coffee and tea available in a nice little dining area all day as well as a variety of breakfast options in the morning. Lovely, sunny little business room to make calls or use equipment. The pool area was beautiful, very resort like, though I didn't use it. I would not hesitate for a minute to book again. Special shout out to Kassy and front desk staff.
