We arrived tired and grumpy and our experience with the receptionist at the front desk changed all that. She was so nice and accommodating and made us feel so comfortable here. If I could remember her name I would mention it in this review. When I went back down to the front desk to thank her she was gone and the kids working there weren't nearly as friendly (they seemed more concerned about “serving their employer” than doing their job. Understood. But the earlier experience with the young lady, who mentioned in conversation that she was a refugee (assuming from Europe by the accent), was the one who really did her job and made conversation to make us feel welcome here.
