We have been coming to this game for the past 6 years and always stay here.
This Hyatt is the perfect size and is laid out perfectly. The staff is very professional and vey helpful. Monduels bar is wonderful. Kwaku and Jonna the head bar keeps are fantastic. The Italian restaurant is great ( when it's open :( ) what a great high end steak house go up the reunion tower to the Crown Block it's very good with a great view. The hotel was built in 1978 but it has a much newer feel to it. In the king rooms they have the most comfortable black leather recliners. Channel 00 on the TV shows the world of Hyatt a super cool chill zen programming where I just melt into the leather recliner and just zone out for a while. This hotel is my favorite in Texas. And if you want another great dining option go visit my buddy Joel at the bar in the Y and O Ranchhouse restaurant. A super nice and authentic Texas steakhouse experience.

Stayed two Nights and definitely not the same luxury feel it had several years ago. Needs a more welcoming environment including staff at welcoming desk and dark carpet and walls drains your energy. Also, drop off area needs more appeal and organization.
