From the moment we stepped into the lobby—the breathtaking, beautifully preserved Great Hall—we knew we were in for a special experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between its storied, historic roots and modern, high end sophistication. Our room was not only impeccably designed, blending Victorian elegance with contemporary comfort, but it was also a peaceful, private retreat despite being in the heart of such a vibrant landmark. The attention to detail in the décor, from the curated artwork to the custom furnishings, made the space feel truly one of a kind. The service was top tier and the convenience of being located right within Union Station—with its exceptional dining and atmosphere—made for a seamless and memorable visit.
