"Never staying there again."

As we arrived to the hotel to get checked in at 2am after a 10 hour flight. Nobody was at the desk, keep in mind this a 24hrs service hotel. It took 30 min for the worker at reception to wake up because he was sleeping in the job! We were knocking and knocking and he didn't even seemed bothered or in a rush to get us our key to go to bed. Keep in mind I had a toddler and I'm also a pregnant so I was not happy to be walking all over the hotel and banging on door and calling customer service or anybody to try to get help. Least to say I won't be staying there ever again ! We stayed there several days and we didn't even get housekeeping a single day. The hotel smelt like straight up cigarette just overall not even the bare minimum of service !
