Staff very accommodating and friendly.
We had the best experience. We came to skate on the Rideau Canal. We thoroughly enjoyed all the accommodations at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier. We plan to spread the word about the Chateau and the Rideau Canal and come back again. It was wonderful to experience the Rideau Canal, with so many Canadians that know how to enjoy Winter and the Cold. We also enjoyed how close the Fairmont was to the downtown area and all the great museums. We particularly enjoyed the National Gallery and especially the great Exhibit "Winter Count: Embracing The Cold" Perfect timing for our visit. We hope to return again soon.
