"Exceptional experience"

Stay at this hotel if in Vancouver. This is a truly French boutique hotel and provides a very intimate experience. The rooms are cozy, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, the servers in the Alouette dining room are true professionals, many French, some Japanese and Chinese who are expert in exceptional service. The Alouette dining room is interesting for a variety of reasons on a Friday or Saturday night it is atmospheric, a wonderful vibe, superb menu exceptionally well prepared, brilliant service, well curated wine list. You will not be disappointed in the least. Certainly my wife's and my choice for Vancouver stays for many years in the future.
