Generally everything was good, Were surprised at the many choices and generosity of the food for breakfast.We would like to highly commend the gentlman who attended to the breakfast room. He worked efficiently and quietly and kept every station stocked. He worked in the kitchen area as well as cleaning tables etc. A great addition to your Hospitality staff. Friends from Toronto recommended your hotel and they made a great recommendation. We will happily return to your hotel if we are back in Ottawa. Thanks.

Beautiful deluxe room with amazing balcony overlooking the busy street below. Great for people watching. lol.
