3rd Floor Main Dining Room The elegant ballroom can hold up to 350 guests seated and is perfect for all special occasions from weddings to dinner meetings. This grand room boasts a total area of 4250 sq. ft and ceilings towering over 20 feet. It has a classic, look that requires little to no decoration with its mahogany wooden walls and pillars that set the stage for a beautiful atmosphere. Main Bar/Game Room Available for member sponsored catering events Monday – Friday during the day and both day and evening on Saturday and Sundays, The Bar provides for a classy, elegant atmosphere for formal groups to the most fun atmospheres. Trophy Room This beautiful room is home to many of The Los Angeles Athletic Club’s trophies and wines. It is perfect for smaller rooms. Its capacity is 10 people around a boardroom style table in the center of the room. 4th Floor Empire Room. The Empire Room is a spacious, elegant room with large windows for plenty of natural lighting and can hold groups of up to 120 people seated. It is perfect for seminars, dinners or casual evening functions. Los Angeles Room This room has a built in bar and would be excellent for casual receptions or any other smaller group. It has a capacity of up to 60 people and when combined with the Empire room, serves as an optimal area for pre-meeting functions or as a break area for refreshments and food. service available. President’s Lounge This is one of the most popular rooms in The Club. Many members have stated they feel as if they are going home upon entering the room. Its tranquil environment has a lounge area with comfortable sofas at the entrance and a built in bar. To promote a more casual and fun environment, it has windows at wall height that provide a beautiful view of downtown Los Angeles and a great source of natural light. Naturally, a room like this has wireless service available upon request. Fleet Room This room has windows and conducive to meetings and presentations with its built in screen. This room is isolated from the rest of the rooms on the 4th floor, which sets the stage for a private, intimate setting. It can hold between 20 and 50 people depending on the setup style and is versatile, allowing it to be used for various functions. Garden Room This room is a cozy, private room that is convenient for those seeking to have small meetings, classroom instruction and for breakout sessions. Board of Governors Room This room is perfect for holding board meetings it has a capacity of 12 people and is very private.
