If you are looking more for 20-30+ rooms, then we would need to do a contract which would hold you liable to pick up only 70% of the total room nights blocked. If the block fills, we can revisit our occupancy at the time the block fills to see if more rooms can be added and if we can honor the same rate or potentially slightly higher based on our occupancy at that time. There would be a cutoff 4 week prior to arrival, at which time any remaining rooms released back into our general inventory. For an upgrade, I could have a Panoramic City Suite available. The City Suites are just under 1,000sqft with 1 king bedroom, separate living room with a sectional sofa (with a pullout), dining table seating 4 and 1.5 bathrooms. These are also located on the end of the building with 3 walls of floor-to-ceiling windows offering 180-degree views of downtown Omaha.
