- Hotel can offer a courtesy block or a guaranteed block. For a courtesy block, hotel offers UP TO 25 rooms per night on a courtesy hold, with guests making their own reservations, placing their personal credit card on file for a guarantee at booking, and then paying for their own charges at check-in. If the block fills, we can add more rooms as needed (though rate is subject to change with inventory). Any unfulfilled rooms are to be released back to general sale after reservation cutoff date with no financial obligation to you. Hotel reserves the right to review the room block pick-up and decrease the room block if deemed that pick up unsuccessful. For a guaranteed block, hotel offers a room block requiring a credit card on file to guarantee security of all rooms in advance. The hotel will require a rooming list be provided by group contact for bookings to be made. Advance payment is required.
