This place exceeded our expectations! The lobby is beautiful and the customer service is top notch! The hotel is clean and beds are so comfortable! The restaurant is great and I love that there is an onsite bar and a little shop for the things you may have forgotten. The location is unbelievable, close to the zoo, the casino, the river and hiking trails. Not to mention that it's one stop light away from Tempe Market Place where you can spend all day shopping, playing, splash pad activities and eating amazing food. The price is actually really good for all they have going for them! We had a few issues during our stay (poor planning on our part) and I can't even tell you how they went out of their way to fix our problems, even though they didn't cause them. We will be staying at this hotel every time we come to Phoenix and we come a few times a month. It is also kid friendly, with a pool. ALSO, the shampoo/conditioner is actually high quality stuff and I looked fabulous after using it.
