The roads are smooth when you drive on them and the people are very welcoming.

Reconnecting with the history of my country. We had lovely walks, watched the changing of the guards and the beautiful piper band, the Irish Pub, and the river cruise provided magnificent views of Ottawa.

We were there for our granddaughter's graduation. We ate at three or four different restaurants and had great food, friendly waiters and waitresses. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to sightsee but will definitely stay longer for our next visit.
