Restaurant, bakery and gift shop within walking distance. Other visitors were enjoying themselves and were friendly. We spoke with a woman from Michigan who frequents this location quite often. She said it was a favorite spot for herself. We agreed.

Walnut Creek is conveniently located in the county and has a great little restaurant called Rebecca's Bistro in addition to the Der Deutchman. Several local shops and markets. Very nice place to base your visit to Holmes County.
