I'm a VT alumnus. This was first time I stayed here and will come back again. Blacksburg is a great vacation spot, even in January. Much of this is due to the high-quality restaurant choices at very reasonable prices.
Blacksburg is a wonderful college town. Small, charming, nice shops and restaurants.
All sorts of food choices and close to the river for tubing or go to the cascades for a hike. It's all near by.
Just love the atmosphere and the college town.
