This has to be the nicest hotel that we have ever stayed at. The only complaint we have is that we stayed for two days and never got our room cleaned or towels replaced. I will still stay at this hotel when we return to Rochester next time.

From the front desk staff to the employee preparing breakfast: all were as accommodating as possible. This is a newer property which is beautiful. With mid-winter freezing temps we gained the unfortunate experience of a car that wouldn't start with a battery needing replaced. Our purpose for being in Rochester was to participate in a youth sporting event for which the team would now be late. The Hampton Manager loaded everyone up in the hotel shuttle and off we went. Truly above and beyond in my opinion. Our rooms were quite toasty which would seem uncommon given the outdoor temps. I doubt you would be disappointed staying here and if you were, this team would do whatever was in their power to "fix the situation".

The Hampton Inn Rochester offers award-winning accommodations and service for any traveler. We offer a complimentary "On The House" hot breakfast buffet served daily. We also keep our indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center, and business center open 24 hours. All our recently renovated rooms include complimentary wireless internet access, fridges, coffee makers, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, and flat screen TV's.
