St. Simons was a great place to visit. We enjoyed both the lighthouse museum and the WWII museum. Food was very good at Fiddlers and Southern Soul BBQ!
St Simon Island is a beautiful place. The town is quaint and very walkable. Had a lovely dinner at Del Sur.
When the big ships passed by it was thrilling, the food amazing out at restaurants.

St. Simons Island is a friendly smaller island in SE Georgia. If you like small community, beach, and water, St. Simons provides that, and more.
Epworth by The Sea is the main draw for me. It provides such a peaceful, relaxing, inspiring atmosphere. It is a gem which needs to be protected in it's natural state.
We did not explore the city, as my son was recovering from a surgery and we evacuated for Hurricane Milton. But from what we could see, it looked very cute and quaint.

The island was clean and beautiful. We had been to St Simons before so Jekyll Island was new and a great change.

Our first trip to St. Simon's. We have family who live on the island and came for a family wedding. We enjoyed the quaint little shops and loved seeing the beautiful old homes.
