The hotel was just beautiful, everything from the outside to every corner of our room. The only shadow on our visit was upon entering the hotel, the front desk, Calvin, I believe, made us feel like an inconvenience on his important day. There was no eye contact the entire interaction, no welcome greeting just "credit card and driver's license". I have never been in a hotel that greeted me with less care. And there were no other clients to attend to, no line to have made him feel busy or hurried. On the bright side, the young man bringing us "in room dining" could not have been more thoughtful.
