Great location while being at UCSF Medical Center. There were some issues with noise while needed in to rest at hotel. They tried hard to resolve but were unable to. That's the only complaint and wish it could have been resolved. Would still return.

The Laurel Inn is located in a beautiful neighborhood with shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. We are located near parks and excellent public transportation. Complimentary muffins & danish are available in the mornings. Complimentary coffee is available in the lobby 24 hours a day. In the afternoons, we provide complimentary fresh baked cookies and lemonade.49 spacious studio-feel rooms with private baths including 18 rooms with kitchenettes. All rooms have 32" flat screen cable TV, voicemail, DVD and CD players. Parking is $39 per day plus tax. We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Discounted access is available to a fitness club that is located directly across the street from us. Laureate Cocktail Club offers a bar in the evenings with limited food offerings. Full service restaurants are located as close as right across the street from our hotel.
